Welcome to The Order of The Blue Star (O.B.S.)
A nonprofit, nondenominational traveling ministry incorporated pursuant to Article 10 of the religious Corporations law in NY, as a congregational form of Government in 1990. Providing spiritual healing, teaching & community service. The healing ministry includes, but is not restricted to the use of Tuning forks, Hands-on and around the body, and the application of crystals, gems, and minerals as deemed constructive for the spiritual healing process. The purpose of Spiritual healing is to enhance the innate divine intelligence that is inherent within all life. All healing and teaching of (O.B.S.) are considered an act of divine intervention or providence and should never be thought of or substituted for advice from a licensed medical professional.
Ordained ministers of the church never diagnose or prescribe in any manner. Nor do any of the ordained ministers of the Order of The Blue Star (O.B.S.) treat or recommend treatments for any disease, condition, situation, or concern. Such matters should be directed to licensed professionals in their fields.
All funds given to the Order of the Blue Star (O.B.S.) are considered charitable donations, are tax deductible, and therefore are not mandatory to receive services. Charles Christopher Tims is the founding and officiating minister of the Order of The Blue Star and has sole authority to train and ordain those wishing to enter and complete The Order of The Blue Star ministerial program. The Order of the Blue Star (O.B.S.) also acts as The Eternal Teachings Foundation, a registered nonprofit in FL
As O.B.S. is a traveling ministry with no brick-and-mortar (mother) church as its base, a church is established wherever an ordained minister in good standing of (O.B.S.) serves as directed and endorsed by Charles Christopher Tims (founder). This includes but is not restricted to rented space at public events (expos, hotels, retreat centers, etc.). Therefore the temporary space (tabernacle) is endowed with all the rights, privileges & responsibilities as established in the articles of incorporation and the church's bylaws. These rights are enshrined to all ministers of the (O.B.S.) and guaranteed by the 1st & 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.

Monthly on line board meetings 1 thursday evening /mo about 1 hr discussing business, and strategy adjustments If you cannot attend on line then everyone receives a video recording
We will be electing a board of directors each serving a 1 yr term, then we'll re-elect a new board people can run again as desired. Officers to include: business manager Tech consultant, Marketing specialist, Retreat coordinator and more to come. Each minister is their own church. They can run their ministry as a nonprofit and register with the IRS as a 501c-3 or for profit as a normal business but still having the protection for you of OBS

Each minister is resposible for their own tax liabilities and each of us are independent from the mother church or each other. The money you generate is yours in all ways
